Supp facts RAW Nutrition CBUM Itholate is a 100% micro-filtered whey protein isolate - 25g protein, 0g fat, and about 110 calories per scoop - personally formulated and flavored by 6x Mr. Olympia Chris Bumstead.
Protein PowderThis is Chris Bumstead's personal protein line under RAW Nutrition (Itholate is a play on how he pronounces "isolate"). Being 100% micro-filtered isolate rather than a blend, it's lower in fat, lactose, and carbs than concentrate-based proteins, which makes it a good option for a customer who's had digestive issues with heavier whey blends or who's tracking macros closely during a cut. It's Informed Protein certified for banned-substance safety, which matters for any customer under drug testing, and mixes into a smooth shake with just water or milk without much residue. Works post-workout or any time protein needs topping off.
