Founded by longtime pretzel and bagel manufacturer Gilad Zilberberg, Crisp Power is a functional-snack brand focused on producing high-protein, high-fiber pretzels without sacrificing the crunchy texture and savory flavors customers expect from a traditional snack. Zilberberg brings more than 25 years of baking experience to the brand, including ownership of established baked-snack manufacturer Meir Bagel.
